Siamese Cat

A Siamese cat has a very distinctive look as it is one of the breeds of Oriental cats. It is most recognizable by the points on its face, tail, ears, paws, and legs. These points are a result of tyrosinuse, a heat sensitive enzyme. It grows darker in these cooler parts of the body. A Siamese kitten will rarely have visible or distinguishable point colors. These point colors grow darker as Siamese kittens mature. By the time they are full grown, mature Siamese cats, their coloring, both in the points and in the body will have gotten darker.
